Immanent Tech and the authors of Foragd are committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. Foragd stores and processes Personal Data in a variety of locations, including your local region, Australia, Singapore, the United States, and other countries where Foragd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or subprocessors have operations. We transfer Personal Data from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to countries that the European Commission has not recognized as having an adequate level of data protection.
